Hi,
I am currently working with our Compliance team to develop a Risk Management Workshop for newly appointed risk "champions".
I am trying to find some generic case studies to which delegates can apply our new process and identify risks and suggest actions to mitigate them.
I woud like for them to be Financial Services orientated but if they aren't, it's no the end of the world.
Does anyone have anything or know of a free resource which might help me out?
Thanks
Chris

Internal Audit reports for some real examples
Have a look at some of the company’s recent Internal Audit reports – a treasure chest of juicy examples of where things have gone wrong! If they don’t have an IA function, the management team should have some examples to share.
I’ve written and delivered several risk management courses for clients, and it’s the real company examples that grab their attention. I often re-use the session format (e.g. round robin with 4 case studies in each corner, and with the same structured questions on each case study) but I always like to use specific company examples. I sometimes need to keep the source of the example confidential, but it’s telling them that it really happened, that matters.
