Assessor aptitude testing

I have been asked to provide an ‘assessment tool’ to determine an individual’s aptitude to becoming an assessor. Not a trainer/assessor but an assessor only.

Does anyone have such a thing as it seems like a lot of work to create and validate one so that it has value for this one-off request?
