I have recently taken over as ICT Training Manager within the company. Previously all that was offered was tutor-led IT training to pass exams or to give an overview of the MS software used. I am trying to bring it up to date: I am looking at creating Interactive Training for our external staff, that can be a tutorial but also for them to really get into and have a go, also would like to bring in webinar based training that staff can link into I can train over, they can see what I am doing on my PC and then can have a go themselves. Any ideas on what sort of software I would need for the above. I have had a quick look at MADCAP for interactive learning materials, but thats it...
Also any other ideas to make the ICT Training the hub of the company, I would like to bring in more self paced learning but also bring some fun into the Tutor-led....
