We are looking to train a number of staff to be mentors. What we would like to do is not only train our mentor staff, but train our mentees on what to expect and to manage their expectations.
I've been asked to identify any off the shelf mentoring packages that can provide training notes and materials to roll this out.
Can anybody recommend any they have used?

This sounds like a good idea and one which I endorse. I do have a couple of suggestions, including a recommendation for a company called Shine People and Places (www.shinepeopleandplaces.co.uk)who may well be able to help. Please do mention my name if you contact them as I work quite closely with this organisation on occasions.
As usual with these things, it’s could if the example comes from the top, i.e. Board management as you probably know.
