The training team which I have joined focuses heavily on DISC/Colour behaviours, which are incorporated into behavioural based training session. I am undergoing some training next month to get me up to speed. I was wondering if anyone has any knowledge of good books/resources partiality in relation to communicating and building relationships using this tool.
