I’m in the process of wrting some case studies for managers to use in a workshop about managing performance and conduct issues. I’m focusing on what they action they would take next based on the information in the case so far.
I’m writing them from scratch; drawing largely from my own expeiences in HR. However I’d really value some tips from training experts.
Do you any of you have any ready-made ones, or sources that you could recommend? If so it would really appreciated and would enrich this exercise.
