I am an experienced T&D Manager and my role is changing to provide a more 1-1 coaching on individual development.
I think I’m fairly good at it but was wondering if there is such a thing/person as a coaching competency assessor who could assess/coach me in any finerfurther points required.
I have been in T&D for 15 years mainly on the delivery and management side of things and I live in Scotland.
