I am about to change my role as a traditional company training manager which invloves lots of stand up training to a coaching role for managers.
Does anyone know any good providers of training on this for me.
I also believe that there is a qualification in coaching.
NB I am based in Scotland and North England so contacts / providers from these areas only please.

Coaching & Mentoring courses
Steve, have a look at the ILM website: http://www.i-l-m.com then hit the “Qualifications” button, then “Specialist VRQs” and you’ll see references to three levels of coahing/mentoring programmes offered by the Institute.
There are accredited Centres offering all ILM programmes around the country. To find your nearest, hit the “Find a Centre” button on the home page.
