I'm holding a meeting and wish to see how I could run this session.
I need some inspirational topics that I could use to help see if this theory works.
And any other tips which may help.
All suggestions welcomed
Thank you

Exercise
There are two further options. One is to run the exercise actually based on the value of introducing Six Thinking Hats. The other, and often more successful, is to ask those attending the meeting to bring along a real life issue they would like some help with and apply the Hats model.
