SynchronEyes classroom monitoring software is available on two systems but sees limited use. An instructor questions whether physical classroom patrols for student support are becoming obsolete and seeks feedback from colleagues about the software's practical value.

We have 2 licenses for SynchronEyes in our systems rooms, which seem to be pretty redundant. I would like to ask everyone if they or ahve ever, use this system regularly and if so, does anyone have any comments/advice on it?

I usually prowl the room whilst learners are completeing exercises, walking from one end to the other to check everyone is moving in the right direction. Some people are not comfortable calling me over or raising a hand to get help and I find ‘patrolling’ provides enough support. Is this becoming a thing of the past?

Thanks
