My organization is currently looking for a system to record / maintain training records, with the ability for users to logon and view their own records, request courses etc. Templates for users to rate their skills (similar to a training matrix) etc too would be useful !
Any suggestions for 'off the shelf' packages or recommended vendors?

Hi,
I would strongly recommend visiting http://www.autoscribe.co.uk and there is a training manager for approx £790 for one licence and then optional licence for agents to log in.
