Can an one recomend any good courses for our EMEA Marketing Marketing Manager (predominentlly dealing with Marketing Programms in the Channel ) to attend as part of her career development to the next level of EMEA Marketing Director. She would prefer something that is geared to someone in Marketing not general managers but most courses I see for Marketing are at6 the right level and are "functional / tawsk specific ". I am looking for something that will help her move up to the next level into a Marketing Director role. We are a hi tec company working in the channel so this needs to be relevant to this type of person.

Rather than specific courses, have you considered Executive coaching?
We offer Executive coaching that combines traditional coaching approaches together with L&D interventions. We already mentor and coach a number of board members from a variety of organisations.
