Can anyone please recommend a vendor you have worked with on a 360 feedback based on compny's values and behaviours.
The company must also be able to support the feedback though Exec. coaching

I can provide 360 degree feedback with exec coaching using online software to do the assessment. A comprehensive report is then produced for feedback/coaching purposes.
I recently organised a pilot for a senior management team of a market research company in London (to see whether they liked it!).
From the feedback report and working with the individual a comprehensive PDP document was produced to take the individual forward.
It might be possible for this type of project to get funding from your local Chamber of Commerce (development for directors), which is something else I am involved in.

We have just used a company called http://www.reactive360.com they actually have a values based questionnaire – as one of their samples and were most helpful when we wanted to make changes.
