Hello everyone, can someone please offer some help or support?
I have been tasked with sourcing some info on competitive salary packages for trainer roles in manufacturing - I am a training mgr currently recruiting a team of trainers, I have never done this before and have been asked to put together a proposal for salary, bonus, remit, general package.
Can anyone please guide me to some useful websites, sources of information, agencies etc..

I’ve done this before…
I took a handful of magazines in which training vacancies were advertised and hit a dozen of the biggest job sites – I found similar roles and then took an average of their salaries. Should be pretty straightforward really.
