Hi,

I am currently on a work placement from University with Performance Coaching International. At the moment I am researching Executive Coaching for Kevin McAlpin who is writing a book on the topic to be published by Kogan page.

I am looking for information from both Coachees and Coaches in the Executive, Corporate and Business world of coaching. The main topic I am researching is;

What do Coachees want out of Coaching? Primary causes, why did they go into coaching in the first place? The main options we have listed;

To improve performance,

To increase confidence,

Skill development, (If so what skills?)

To develop leadership style,

Career development/vision

Support

Other-please specify

Any help will be of great value, and any sources used will be fully acknowledged in the book.

Thank you for your time,

Christian Thing
