I am writing a workshop on e-learning readiness and am looking for some case studies to stimulate discussion. Have trawled the interned but really looking for something I can make interactive i.e. where did they go wrong/right etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was very interested to read some case studies on Epic’s website http://www.epic.co.uk/content/resources/case_studies_index.htm there are quite a few. I don’t know if you would need their permission to make direct reference though??

Ashridge recently published research on organisations experiences of implementing e-learning. Its a very detailed report that covers lots of different aspects and includes examples/case studies from specific organisations.
