Advice/Opinion on Lotus Learning Management System

Our organisation is currently researching the implementation of Lotus Learning Management System and would like feedback from organisations with 0 - 500 employees, ideally in the finance/insurance sector currently using LMS (either hosted or internal). Questions to be considered:
1. How much administrative support does your organisation dedicate to operating the LMS, please list positions.
2. Since implementation has your administrative requirements decreased/increased.
3. Prior to implementation how much training (by number of courses - internal and external) was delivered to your organisation within a 1 year timeframe.
4. Since implementation how much content has been developed for delivery online?
5. Are you purchasing content or developing in-house, what software are you using - any notable problems?
6. Has the LMS lived up to expectations, has it improved business processes and encouraged learning within your organsation?
7. Finally, your general opinion/advice.
