Every couple of weeks for the last two years I have read about people needing Ice Breakers for training session. What if we made a community resource that everyone could use?
If everyone shared at least one Icebreaker that has worked for him or her, then we could create a compilation that everyone could download. It could be as simple or as complex as you like.
I realise that some people do not like/use Icebreakers and they are free to ignore this message.
I am happy to create the document, credit all contributors and upload it to the Editor of TrainingZone, so that this document is free for everyone to download. There are no ulterior motives and there is no need for debate.
Please just reply if you are interested or not or whether I would be wasting my time.
I think that it would be a great resource that the whole TraininZone community would benefit from

Paul

Good idea !
It would be great to go to one resource rather than routing around in the depths of my disorganised hard drive for a suitable one.

Hi,
I am definitely interested. I have some to share, but am always looking for more inspiring energisers
This would be a really helpful resource.
This would be a fabulous resource for me as I work on my own, with the voluntary sector, and am constantly looking for good ice-breakers.
Thank you for taking the initiative.

Update?
Hi Paul,
Did anything ever come out of this ice breaker idea, I would love to share some of mine and get some in return?
Thanks, William
What’s happening?
Hi William,
In a nutshell, my wife has had cancer and chemo complications, since I posted this idea but I have not forgotten it.
I had a poor response anyway except for one member who submitted a huge manual.
I will endeavour to get it out to you soon.
Regards,
Paul
