I am looking for an example of an organisation training plan from an I.T company. In particular one that shows the link between business goals and training requirements. If anyone could help I'd be most grateful. Thankyou!

a good place to start is with the BCS Industry Structure Model which is a framework around which you can assess the training needs in your company and compile your own training plan. There is a demo available at http://www.bcs.org.uk/ism/demo/index.htm and you can purchase the ISM online at http://www.bcs.org.uk.
