Does anyone know of any CBT packages where my agents can learn more about diagnosing repairs in the home? I work for a housing association where customers ring in with hteir repairs, I need some training materials/ courses / cbt, that would give the agents more knowledge and understanding of plumbing, heating etc that would help them to quickly and accurately diagnose faults
