We're looking to run some seminars for large groups of employees around issues such as leadership, management, innovation, decision making etc. The sessions need to be about 90 minutes and held in various locations around the UK. Does anyone have any recommendations they would be happy to share?

Interesting Views and Some Ideas to Ensure Transfer of Learning
Hi Allison.
Reading your question, reminded me of this opinion piece in last month’s Training & Coaching Today magazine.
http://www.personneltoday.com/articles/2008/05/20/45739/motivational-speakers-great-investment-or-a-waste-of-money.html
The author makes some interesting comments about large-scale training events, with some useful words of advice to ensure your events – if they may fall into this sort of category – drive a change in behaviour back in the workplace.

Seminars
Hi Allison,
I hope you are keeping well. I don’t think you need to spend lots of money on hiring people to help you with this – it’s a matter of design in terms of how to engage effectively with large groups using material you already have in-house. They key is to keep it engaging otherwise the important message transfer and behaviour changes don’t happen effectivly. I am willing to give you some free advice on this – not really enough room to do so here. If that interests you then either give me a call or drop me an e-mail: 07880790815 or gary.homes@changescape.com.

SofTools at Henley Management College
Alison,
SofTools is a company I have worked with and has developed a course sponsored by SEEDA (South East England Development Agency)in partnership with Henley Management College. It is called the Business Accelerator (BusX) programme The course specifically covers the topics you mentioned, but it might be worth talking to them to see if they can break into 90 minutes modules?
Have a look at http://www.softools.net or for information or contact me directly as I also get involved in these programmes – simon.derry@project-leaders.net.
