The social care sector is a massive market for trainers withover 30,000 employers with 1.5 million staff. Soft skills are always in demand as are specific skills such as child care, NVQ's, etc. Contracting a good trainer can be difficult and this site will match training providers such as freelancers and companies with those seeking to commission training.
The site is in it's infancy and I need volunteers to register to ensure our initial page is working well plus ideas for the site would be welcome. The site will be for trainers bulit by trainers.
