   Hi

   Have you interviewed before? If not I’d suggest your first step would be to get hold of a job description for the PA role and also chat with the CEO – they may want to make changes to the role and if so now would be a good opportunity.

   I do have some interview guidelines I have compiled for our managers to use when recruiting – email me directly and I’ll send them on to you. If you don’t mind forwarding the job description to me I’ll see if there is anything in particular I think you should ask.
