My company is looking for ideas for fun team building activities. Ideally this would involve bringing in a specialist organisation to provide fun actvities over the course of a day. In the past we had a Circus Day, which was popular with all concnerned.
If anybody has any ideas or has good experiences with particular companies I would be grateful if you could contact me (karl.joseph@mma-insurance.com). We are based in Reading in SE England.
Many Thanks,
Karl

teamwork training
I have done teamwork training and can recommend other suppliers. However, I thought I’d share with you something I really enjoyed as a teamwork exercise (with more of an emphasis on the fun part!). It included four events – clay pigeon shooting, go-karting, dumper truck navigation and quad biking. The team with the best overall score won – can’t remember who won (although I can remember I got the best dumper truck score!) but I had a great time and it certainly helped the team development!

Try Rubus Consultants, they’re starting outdoor team building activities.

Team Build Events
Although I have sadly not had use of their services (not being given the budget to run them), Bluehat have provided me with excellent interventions in our conversations and I have attended a number of their taster sessions which were very exciting. I believe they are just down the road from you and I would highly recommend contacting Nick Hume who will be more than happy to discuss with you. Regards
Chocs Away
I unfortunately have not had an opportunity to personally try this company out (budget!), but this is something that I’d love to run…
