Recommendations are always good, however, if you go to the following link and search in the last box (providers description) on diversity you will see a comprehensive list of Training Providers who i am sure will provide references if required.

Try an ACAS group adviser Douglas.Lewins@dfes.gsi.gov.uk
I was contacted by a group which was then part of CRE but is now part of ACAS who audited my policies, helped me update them and then delivered a one day training programme for all my managers – all free!!
The consultant I worked with was Doug Lewins. He works now SE England but I am sure would give you the adviser name for your area.

Comprehensive approach to diversity training
I would recommend getting in touch with Sandra Buckley at Interactive Skills Ltd sandra.buckley@interactiveskills.co.uk 01491 571182 as having an excellent comprehensive approach to diversity training. They offer a diagnostic audit, programmes to raise awareness, aligning values and interactive training to change behaviours. Excellent stuff. Hope this helps.
