I would also need mediation clarified to comment further.
We are currently working with a couple of organisations to move their working situation forward. One example is an group of 5 organisations who should be working in a close partnership but can’t seem to trust one another enough to achieve any meaningful results together. This sort of mediation requires skilful intervention into a ‘real’ situation, therefore open courses are not the answer.
