Does anyone know anything about the origins, author or copyright of the Drivers Questionnaire. This is the one that scores people against each of these five areas - Be Perfect, Please People, Hurry Up, Be Strong and Try Hard? I've found various versions on the web (all slightly different) but would love to know more about where it came from and whether I can incorporate it into a workshop that I am putting together. Many thanks

Ian,
I’d suggest you contact Julie Hay at AD International who’s one of the top organisational TA people around. I’ve no doubt she’s be able to point you in the right direction

Try researching TA
From my understanding via attending the 101 Transactional Analysis introduction course, at The Berne Institute, these drivers are known as Miniscript Drivers and are related to the I’m OK your not OK model. I’m Ok if I can: Please you, Be prefect, Be strong, Try hard, Hurry up . (The ref I have is Taibi Kahler).
Understanding them can help you overcome the injuctions you put on your life via your life script, (ref The 12 Injuctions, Bob and Mary Goulding).
Not sure where the various questionnaires come from but I hope this helps.

Drivers Questionnaire
THe concept of Drivers was developped by two transactional analysts, Taibi Kahler and Hedges Capers. I do not know to which Questionnaire you are refering. If you would like more details about Drivers, please get in touch.

Drivers Questionnaire
My “bible” on TA is “Transactional Analysis for Trainers” by Julie Hay. Although it does not provide the questionnaire it gives you lots of useful information in an easy to read/understand format. Apparently the questionnaires are copyright but can be purchased from AD International.
