3. facilitation
   In my experience, this often represents a real shift for trainers – from delivering, presenting and influencing and moving towards the enabling role. I ditto the recommendation of Kaisen – there are many many providers out there – its often about specific needs, chemistry, scope and volume of work too. Get some info/proposals from 3 – 6 providers and then trust your instinct! Contact me direct on learningworks@breathe.com

4. Facilitation skills course

   I attended a 5 day Facilitation Skills course at the Training Foundation in Coventry last month and really can’t recommend it enough. I found the content really relevant to my day to day work as a trainer and the course is really interactive and fun.
