I rate Beverley, her ‘Leadership in Public Sector Organizations’, and the TLQ tool. She has great experience of working with Transformational Leadership in the public sector (including, like you I think, the NHS). I’d say, in that context, the TLQ is one of the better tools out there.

I notice these posts go back 4 years and remain unanswered. I’m looking too for the TLQ to purchase. Any ideas who is publishing it now?
