Does anyone know where I can get hold of a self-diagnostic / TNA tool, which can be used by individuals to identify their competence in time/workload management. I feel that this would be a useful starting point for some training I am going to undertake, with a group of people for whom time/workload management is a problem.
Many Thanks

Hi
Sean
Send me your e mail. I have some material that may help
Bill
chadwick@bill81.fsnet.co.uk
get them to log what they do
I used to run tiem management training based on a concept by an amaercian BILL ONKEN .
he suggested that time management was about manageing the “thiefs of time” (my terminology)
He says that the people that thieve time are
yourself
peers
boss
subordinate
to start people off they will fill in a time log identfoying
what time,what they did .
This was thenm analysed in the course in the above framework.
there were a lot of useful tips in the course like
choosing between
important vs urgent.
with time management there seems to be quite a broad spectrum of training intervention from personal oranisation to project management.
It would help to know what the TNA said and what the learning outcomes are .Usually you can design your own self audit type questionaire form know what the outcoems are going to be .
