I am looking for a couple of icebreakers and energisers that would be suitable to use during a senior management sumit. Does nayone have any ideas that they wouldn’t mind sharing, or a guide to suitable references?
The group haven’t met together for quite a period and the organisation has been through some changes in the last 18 months. I am looking for something that will get them thinking about working together as a team and being positive about moving forward.
Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
