I am running a series of team events for groups of up to 30 managers across my company over the remainder of the year and need the support of someone with experience of facilitating team building that have serious purpose beyond the away-day activities.
These events will be outdoors but are not into abseils, mountains or caves. The help I want is from someone who is competent with the main management theories but who can also work with groups of managers at all levels and help transfer the learning via the review process into the workplace. Any recommendations?

I would heartily recommend two people, both of whom have done extensive work for us and for blue chip organisations such as British Airways, American Express, Shell and Pfizer.
