I am considering the introduction of planned international experience as part of our graduate training scheme. I am aware that this will involve extra expense and additional admin - but I would like a feel for how much.
Does anyone have a graduate training scheme which involves moving graduates internationally? Does it work? How much does it cost? Is it worth it?

The government offer a scheme for international secondments, I found it through the DTI the other day, their website is http://www.dti.gov.uk – may be worth a look
