How do I get into a training career?

Starting a training career with practical experience is valuable, but you'll likely need HR qualifications to advance in UK business training roles. Consider pursuing CIPD certification while applying for entry-level positions to leverage your existing training expertise and international experience.

I’ve just arrived back in the UK after 4 years abroad working as a trainer at an English school. I’ve got a lot of experience in training, presentations, performance evaluation, etc. but no qualifications in the HR field.
I’m keen to work in business training or more general HR. Any ideas on where to start looking for work and whether or not to get qualifications before finding work?
Thanks
Neil
