Im in a new role within my company and need to communicate the strategy for my function.Is anyone aware of a good resource I can use to write a strategy for learning and development?

L&D strategy
H Juan, if you are a member of CIPD they have a very good L&D subscription product which covers all aspects of L&D, including developing the strategy. It’s available on a 28 day trial period.The important aspect of the L&D stragegy is that it is aligned with the business needs.

You could try Andrew Mayo’s books – Creating a Training and Development Strategy, and Creating a Learning and Development Strategy. Full of good stuff, common sense and useful models.
