Customer Service Videos

default-16x9

Running a 3 hour training session on excellent customer service for all staff. i have devised the objectives, content and outline but i would like to use a video that reinforces the message of steps, procedures to follow to achieve customer satisfaction (eg, clarify situation, treat respect, seek agreement, etc). Have looked at the videoarts and BBC Learning titles and they don't have anything suitable. does anyone have any suggestions of any other videos. I want something that is relatively up-to-date, preferably a role play video rather than a seminar one and an English title rather than an American one.
thanks

  1. Up-to-date Video Material
We use our own recently shot video material in our customer service training programmes. The video clips follow a series of fictitious teams in situations with which participants would be familiar (an online shopping/home delivery service; department store and hairdressing salon) through both delivering outstanding customer care and handling difficult customer service situations. Each clip in the story has been carefully scripted to provide the trainer with “hooks” into new topics and/or branching scenarios for group discussion.

If you would like to contact me offline with your own learning outcomes, perhaps there could be some cross-over…?

  2. ”Giving Super Service”
I recently attended a Chamber of Commerce seminar on the subject of Customer Care/Customer Service.

The presenter, Steve Warren, brought the subject alive for us and I noticed he had videos on the subject matter.

He is worth contacting for advice & guidance on this subject. His email address is: steve@aquilegia.fsnet.co.uk
