Very ballpark but for 50 bespoke questions in one language, online hosting, response management, key driver analysis and reporting, we’re talking about £10k.
As well as being a trainer (the reason for me using TZ) my company also conducts employee surveys for all kinds of organisations. Hence the knowledge of the approx costs.

it all depends how much you do and how much the supplire does.
If it is your survey and you just want the technology and reporting it can be £3-4K, if you want the survey designing – £1-2K
There are many variables… if you want to talk options i will happily share my experiences.
