I provide training for a robot company. About 100+ persons are trained per year. How can get the training accredited by C & G or RSA etc. So the training I provide has more substance?

Different approach
Hello Patrick
Interesting question, and something that I’m in the process in doing at the moment as well but in a very different sector.
My advice would initially be to ask yourself the question ‘Why accredit the course?’ The answer will probably be to add clout and credibility…to give the training some value. If this is the case then your best bet is to go to a body recognised within your industry sector, I’m assuming something associated with technology/engnieering etc. RSA/C&G etc, while well known, are only really focused on broad skills based work and their accreditation will only be against a strict model. While they are well known, this will mean that you may lose control of the way in which the courses run. This is why sector related bodies are easier to work with. This is not being said in a negative manner regarding RSA etc.
Finally, most accreditation will be linked to some sort of assessment activity to ensure that your trainees are meeting standards required by the relevant body. So you may need to develop something along these lines.
Hope this helps…a ramble I know, but it is a huge area to look at.

Accreditation
Hi
We think that dependant upon your reason for accreditation you should have a look at ILM also as well as awarding bodies such as OCR/EDEXCEL and City and Guilds. We have designed and accredited four courses with ILM and have found them very friendly, helpful and down to earth/flexible in their approach to the methods of assessment.
Best of luck
