I am developing a two-day goal setting program to be delivered with several organizations, various audiences and in various locations in Australia over the next two months.
I have several exercises that get people focusing on and developing Well Formed Outcomes, but these are somewhat 'introverted' in that they do not involve the whole group.
I am therefore looking for activities which are fun, involve the whole group (or sub-groups therein) yet assist individuals with developing their goals (both personal adn professional).
Does anyone have any such actrivities or know where I can source them?

I found a website called http://www.mygoalmapping.com which may help.
goals and outcomes
I’d chose an activity that was common to the group – if they are drawn from within a number of different organisations then choose something like preparing for a wedding. Various aspects can be divided amongst smaller groups and in setting their goals for each element they can also gain experience in the ‘real life’ situations of needing to co-ordinate activities to achieve the overall goal.
