What Women’s development courses do you all run

default-16x9

We are looking in general at women development courses covering things like personal skills, team leading etc. I would be interested to hear about other peoples expereinces of these programmes and what accredited or non accrdedited courses people are offering.

  1. Reaching potential
    Hello Rebecca
We recently ran a course a for a group of female administrators with the aim of developing their potential and boosting their confidence. It combined a mixture of soft skills and business skills, ie networking and presentation skills and ran over a period of time allowing opportunity for development and review. It was very successful and we had the course accredited by the ILM. If you’d like more details, please let me know and I can send you some information.

  2. Women’s Development Programme
Hi, we have delivered Springboard Women’s Development to hundreds of employees and have had a constant waiting list to take part. It is a brilliant motivational programme and well worth considering. Contact the Springboard Consultancy for info. You could either ‘buy in’ a Springboard trainer or send a member of your training staff for the training to achieve a licence (this is what I did). Their website address is http://www.springboardconsultancy.com.

  3. try springboard consultancy
The Springboard programme is one of the best around – speaking as a development junkie – visit their website for more information.
