We are currently revamping our weekly team meetings. We have had many issues arising from a 'Radiators and Drains' session and one was the structure to our weekly team meetings. Team members felt that a small fun activity or ice breaker at the start of each week would be an idela way to kick start the meeting which will be followed by a pre-determined criteria.
I would be really interested in some of your thoughts!! Thansk in advance.
