My organisation needs a new networked learning management system. Does anyone know of a cost effective Learning Management System that can track;

-Bookings, joining instructions, evaluation etc

-Costs (including opportunity costs)

-Skills mapping linked to competences

-Succession planning

    Hi,

    Not any specific recommendations but I have used a number of LMS over the years. One called Ingenium from a company called Click 2 Learn and the one I am using currently called Saba. I am very impressed so far with Saba and it does offer most if not all of the funcionality you mentioned. Not sure of the financial implications unfortunately.
