training ebb and flow

default-16x9

Please forgive the clumsy phrasing:

Does anyone know if research has been done on when/if there are any particular times for specific courses requisitioned by corporates?

For example, in my sales days, sales training was generally held once a year in a traditionally slow period - no matter company I worked for.

Thx Euphrosene

As well as the clumsy phrasing there is a missing word and I can’t see where I can edit the original…

    Ah well.

    Hi

We find January is organisation month with people wanting time management, project management and personal organisation programmes.

Sales programmes vary depending on industry but tend to run in the first two months of any quarter and never in the last week of the month.

People often want to start a big project in the autumn, I think it’s a throw-back to school and college days so often September and October are busy for all sorts of training.

I’m sure different industries and subject areas have different experiences.

  3. excellent Graham

    and thank you Claudine

That’s splendid – many thanks Graham. I did do a quick check before I posted this but must have missed it.

The only thing now is for the topic to be included (eg train the trainer, sales, creative thinking etc) and then our marketing efforts can be more focused!

By the way, is there anyone in TZ who runs a marketing company for training courses?

    Best Rgds Euphrosene
