does anyone go to Russia?

I’m always called RUS and cars from Russia, travelling outside that country carry a plate with RUS on it (like a GB plate).
I quite fancy the idea of getting one for my car but I’ve not been able to find a supplier anywhere
Does anyone go to Russia and would anyone be prepared to pick me one up (I’d pay for it with P&P)
