We are working to build a skills matrix to use as a resource planning and training tool. As we have an international workforce a lot of qualifications held by the team are local; how do I make a comparison?
For example, what is the equivalent of an ISEB in testing or a Prince2 in project management in the United States or Pakistan? Does anyone know of a simple comparison chart or method of determining equivalent qualifications across borders?
