Can anyone recommend an Interview Skills Training provider - we want to use them for one session, but not cost us the earth! I work for a Further Education college.

What you don’t say is where you are based in the country. From a costing point of view a local provider will probably be able to give you the best value for money as they won’t have to charge out their expenses to you.
