I’m seeking participants who would be willing to complete a 20min questionnaire for my Masters project.
If you are involved in leadership development, change management, or if you hold a senior management post and have experienced organisational change, I’d really appreciate your help.
For information, my research questions are:
– To ascertain what are considered leadership behaviours?
– What are the key behaviours essential to contributing to successful change management?
I’m also interested in finding out what tools/methods if any, organisations use to evaluate and develop leadership behaviours and competencies; and how effective they are.
Could willing participants able to complete the questionnaire in the next week or two, please email me therese.taylor@gmail.com, and I shall forward a questionnaire to you.
All support gladly received and as mentioned before will be kept confidential, unidentifiable to any one source and not shared with any 3rd party.
