Our sales team (advertising sale) received a sales training end of June. I now need to develop a Sales Toolkit which contains notes, guidelines, activities and games for the sales managers to use during their weekly meetings. The purpose is to reinforce what has been delivered in the workshop. Those activities should last from 30 minutes to at most 1 hour. The Sales Workshop was delivered by an external consultant. But the management has no intention to ask the consultant to develop the Sales Toolkit. I could look up some books about selling. Due to limited resources, I need to develop some activities for the Toolkit on my own. Hope you could help.

Have you looked on http://www.businessballs.com, they have free games, articles & exercises. I used it recently and seem to remember that there was sales related stuff on there.
