I'm trying to pull together a one day session on customer care for legal cashier staff who's only customers are internal staff & partners.
Has anyone any good quotes or material that may suit some of the conflicts you get with internal rather than external staff? Ny other problem is that the training will be to small groups of 2 or 3 at a time so I need to keep their interest!
