Dear All,
As part of my plans to formaliase, focus and generally improve the provision of L&D where I work, a key objective of mine is the identification of a panel of preferred suppliers.
I have worked on a similar project before but at that time we used an external resource to "manage" the project for us - with employees assisting and communicating etc.
This time round I will not be using an external resource and I was wondering whether there is a commonly accepted process for the identification of preferred suppliers.
We are only intending on having half a dozen providers on the panel after the process but despite that relatively small number I wish to complete the process properly so will have to "deselect" a large number of past and current providers.
Any suggestions / pointers would be greatly appreciated.
